Mandurah is a beautiful city located 75 kilometres from Perth, the capital of Western Australia. It’s the second largest city in WA and a tourist destination for many local and international tourists.

Rental rates are on average $280 a week for a two-bedroom apartment, rising to $320 a week for a three-bedroom house, and four-bedroom houses can cost around $400 a week. The prices of new property with ocean views can be much higher.
There are many restaurants and cafes along the foreshore. The tourist information centre is a good place to visit, and the helpful staff have a deep knowledge of where to visit and what to see.
Mandurah offers excellent pre-primary education as well as primary and secondary education. There is also easy access to good private schools and further education establishment.
