(TSMIT) Increase: Who is eligible for this pay raise?

It is crucial to clarify that this change will not apply in the following cases:

  • Nominations submitted before July 1, 2023
  • Nominations accepted after July 1, 2023
  • Any future visa applications submitted after July 1, 2023, that already contain a submitted or approved nomination

Industries with historical average wages below this criteria and those planning to nominate new foreign employees shortly or re-nominate current workers whose sponsored visas are about to expire would likely be affected.

Aged Care Labour Agreement

Several industry-specific labour agreements have been established by the Department of Home Affairs.
