a) Short-term Stream

For two years, you may live and work in Australia with this visa. The maximum amount of time you may work is four years if an International Trade Obligation (ITO) is in effect. Eligibility for Short-term, Medium-term and Labour Agreement Streams

▪  Be nominated to work in occupations as follows; – Jobs on the list of acceptable short-term employment are available to holders of Short-term Stream visas. – jobs on the list of eligible medium and long-term skilled jobs are available to those with Medium-term Stream visas. – People with a Labor Agreement Stream visa may legally work in certain occupations as long as they adhere to the agreement’s provisions. ▪ Require a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in addition to your chosen profession. ▪  Have a relevant skills assessment, if required for your occupation ▪ Except in some cases, you must only work for your sponsor or a related organization. ▪  Work only for your sponsor in case of Labour Agreement Stream ▪  Meet minimum standards of English language proficiency, unless exempted

d) Subsequent Entrant
